Terms and Conditions

LIABILITY

In the event of damage or lost laundry items, a claim should be made within 24 hours following the pickup and/or delivery time. The liability shall not exceed 2 times the laundry charged.
Sahaba Laundry Services is not liable for any damaged or lost items that may have been forgotten in client’s clothing or laundry bags. Client is responsible for inspecting and ensuring that their items are thoroughly checked for cash and valuables.

ITEM RESPONSIBILITY

Sahaba Laundry Services will strive to clean items to the best of our ability however, we do not accept liability for issues or damages such as ripping, shrinkage, bleeding, bleaching etc to items that have been cleaned using our regular process. We do not guarantee the same cleaning results on all items and do not guarantee our products will cause the same effect on all cleaned items. Sahaba laundry reserves the right to decline cleaning any clothing or garment if we are unsettled about the fabric, clothing or item.

PAYMENT

All payments for services or products are non-refundable.

PROCESS

We will not be responsible for any displeasure on client’s end if our team followed our process.  In the event a client wants our process tweaked to their satisfaction, it should be mentioned and our team should verify it can be done before client proceeds.  We will follow our liability process in the event of a damage outside our standard process if only our team verified with the client that our process can be tweaked to satisfy them.
